Real estate is no competition for the Stock Market, not even close!

Most people are stuck in the past, believing that real estate is the best avenue to wealth.  Unfortunately in today's economy it's becoming painfully obvious to most people that owning and making money from real estate is getting outside the range of possibility.

People are willing to invest put $50,000 down for the hopes of making 8 to 10 percent on their investment, when you have stocks that perform like this pretty regularly

The key advantages of the stock market if I must remind you.

  • No dealing with realtors, insurance companies or contractors
  • No need to wait to purchase or sell the property and
  • with real estate you lose money each transaction
  • Liquidity and instant access to your cash or gains
  • Easy to cut your losses if investments aren't working our
  • No paperwork to deal with
  • No huge deposits or down payments, invest with $100 today
  • No tentants, accidents, floods or hurricanes to worry about
  • No theft, vagrants or squatters to worry about

To escape the financial matrix you need to start thinking outside of the box.

Most people put $50k or more down for a home to live in for several years hoping to rent out later for profits.

I've decided for myself that I'd rather invest that money in the market and have the profits pay for my rent, utilities and . for example, earning a 30% return each year on average means my 50 thousand dollars pays me around $1300 a month passively, which can pay for my rent or continue to grow my account.

I'd much rather allow my money to work in the market for me so it can pay for a house, a car, and my vacations, instead of having it all tied up into one asset that I may or may not be able to get out of without losing a pound of flesh, and that the only way to monetize is by taking a lot of steps and dealing with tenants.

I look at real estate the same way I look at groceries or electronics.  I could never compete with Sony, they have the huge pockets to be able to build factories and billion dollar chip waffers.  I'll never be able to compete with them and I'm fine with this.  Same with real estate, I won't have the resources any time soon to purchase an apartment complex, develop a condo building.  I don't have the expertise, I don't know the people, the loopholes, laws and regulations, so why would I want to compete with people who do this regularly.

Same as owning a business.  I don't see a reason to compete with some of the best most established corporations out there, when I don't have to and I can simply invest my money with the best of them and get paid the  way they get paid.

Sometimes simplicity wins... more like every time
